- It is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- It is not a final sale or non-returnable item as specified on the product page.
2. How to Start a Return
Starting your return is simple! Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account: Go to the “My Account” section on www.buyhailey.com and sign in with your credentials.
- View your order: Once logged in, go to the “Order History” section and locate the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Request a Return: Click on the “Return” button next to the item(s) you wish to return. Fill out the return form with the reason for your return and confirm your request.
- Free Return Label: After submitting the return request, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to the package.
3. Pack the Item
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are in unused, resellable condition with all tags attached. Be sure to include the original packing slip or invoice with your return.
4. Ship the Item
Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the return label provided) and send it back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, please specify this in your return request. If the item is available in the desired size or color, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
